President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Plank

Kevin Plank became Under Armour’s President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2024, after serving as Executive Chair and Brand Chief from January 2020 to March 2024. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors from 1996 to 2019, and President from 1996 to July 2008 and August 2010 to July 2017. Out of frustration that cotton T-shirts could not keep him dry and comfortable while playing football at the University of Maryland, Mr. Plank designed and created a new apparel innovation that efficiently wicked sweat to optimize athletic performance, leading to his founding Under Armour in 1996. Over a quarter of a century later, Under Armour has grown into one of the world’s leading developers, marketers, and distributors of branded performance apparel, footwear, and accessories. Mr. Plank also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.

Chief Product Officer

Yassine Saidi

Yassine Saidi has served as Chief Product Officer since January 2024. Before joining Under Armour, Mr. Saidi was the Founder and Business Strategist at AGENC-Y, a sport, lifestyle, and fashion product company, from September 2018 to January 2024. From June 2011 to June 2020, he held various leadership roles in SportStyle Footwear, Partnerships, Collaborations, and Global Sales at PUMA. Prior to that, Mr. Saidi held multiple roles in performance Tennis Product and Marketing at adidas from May 2003 to June 2011. He has nearly 20 years of industry brand experience across apparel, footwear, and authentic performance gear.

SVP, Innovation, Testing & Development

Kyle Blakely

Kyle Blakely has served as SVP – Innovation, Development, & Testing since May 2024. Mr. Blakely joined Under Armour in August 2008, serving in various development and innovation leadership roles over his 16 years with the company. Most recently, he was SVP of Innovation from November 2022 to May 2024. Before that, he served in roles of progressive responsibility in materials development and manufacturing innovation from August 2008 to November 2022, culminating as VP of Materials and Manufacturing Innovation. Mr. Blakely is listed as an inventor on 45 patents, with over a dozen more pending. He serves on the Wilson College of Textiles’ Textile and Apparel, Technology and Management Industry Advisory Board at North Carolina State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile management and a minor in entrepreneurship from North Carolina State University.

Yuron White

Yuron White has served as SVP, Sportstyle, Basketball/Curry, Run & Collabs since April 2024. Mr. White brings 25 years of experience working in sportswear, with deep expertise in footwear. Before joining Under Armour, he worked for four years at New Balance, where he most recently served as Vice President of Global Lifestyle, Basketball, and Innovation. Before that, he had an extensive career spanning 20 years at NIKE, culminating as Vice President of Performance Sports and Cross-Category Concepts, where he was responsible for propelling growth across the company’s category businesses, including tennis, golf, men’s & women’s training, football, baseball, and NIKE SB. He also held the roles of Vice President of Footwear at Jordan Brand and Vice President/General Manager of NIKE Basketball in Shanghai.

EVP, Brand Strategy

Eric Liedtke

Eric Liedtke has served as Executive Vice President of Brand Strategy since August 2024 and oversees Under Armour’s brand presence through category marketing, consumer intelligence, creative, marketing operations, loyalty, social media, sports marketing, and all strategy functions. Before joining Under Armour, Mr. Liedtke was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of UNLESS COLLECTIVE, INC, a zero-plastic regenerative fashion brand acquired by Under Armour in August 2024. Before that, Mr. Liedtke spent 26 years at adidas Group, holding senior positions in footwear marketing and executive roles as VP of Brand Marketing, SVP of Sports Performance Brand Marketing, and Head of Sports Performance, culminating in his roles as Brand President and Executive Board Member from 2014 to 2019.

Managing Director, APAC

Jason Archer

Jason Archer has served as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific since July 2018 and directly oversees the company’s operations in China, South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and India, among others. Before his Asia-Pacific role, Mr. Archer spent two and a half years as Vice President and Managing Director, Emerging Markets, with primary oversight of the Latin America business and emerging markets such as the Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, Israel, and Eastern Europe. Before Under Armour, he spent 11 years with adidas in Latin America and the U.S. and six years with PwC on assignments in Europe and his native Canada. Mr. Archer holds a bachelor’s degree in business/commerce and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Manitoba.

Kara Trent

Kara Trent has served as President of the Americas since February 2024. Ms. Trent joined Under Armour in May 2015, serving in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, she served as SVP, Managing Director, EMEA from November 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, she served as Sr. Director of EMEA Merchandising and Planning from July 2019 to October 2021; Senior Director of North America Merchandising and Visual Merchandising from April 2018 to July 2019; and Director of Athletic Specialty Merchandising from May 2015 to March 2018. Before joining Under Armour, Ms. Trent served in various leadership roles in Footwear and Apparel Merchandising and Planning at PUMA North America from May 2007 to March 2015. She began her career at Reebok International from 2002 to 2007.

Managing Director, EMEA

Kevin Ross

Kevin Ross has served as Managing Director of Europe, Middle East & Africa since February 2024. Mr. Ross has nearly 25 years of experience growing high-profile brands, including adidas, TaylorMade, Under Armour, and YETI. He most recently served as Managing Director of International at YETI from March 2021 to July 2023. Before that, Mr. Ross held several leadership positions at Under Armour for over nine years, including Product Creation, Team Sports, Global Football, Tennis, and Sales. Before joining Under Armour in 2013, Mr. Ross held various management positions at TaylorMade-adidas and adidas over a span of 13 years. Originally from Scotland, Kevin Ross has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Jacksonville University and holds a master’s degree in sport and fitness administration/management from The University of Tennessee.

SVP, Investor Relations, Treasury, & Corporate Development

Lance Allega

Lance Allega has led Under Armour’s investor relations function since joining the company in January 2017, and in the ensuing years has since added corporate development and treasury to his areas of oversight and responsibility. Mr. Allega has 25 years of experience in investor relations, finance, corporate development, strategy and communications. Prior to joining Under Armour he served in a number of investor relations, corporate communications and finance leadership roles at VF Corporation, NIKE, Oakley, Sony, Lincoln-Mercury, Phillip Morris, and Hewlett-Packard. He graduated from Pepperdine University, where he earned his master’s degree in business administration, and the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he received his undergraduate degree in economics. He has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute since 2000.
