Mikaël Kingsbury Extends His Legacy with Another Podium Finish

Under Armour athlete Mikaël Kingsbury, the undisputed king of moguls skiing, added another chapter to his historic career earlier this week at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina. The Canadian superstar and the most decorated moguls skier in World Cup history, claimed the silver medal in the men’s moguls event, reinforcing his status as one of the most decorated athletes in freestyle skiing history.


Kingsbury delivered a near-flawless performance under immense pressure, showcasing his trademark precision and technical mastery. In his closest podium finish yet, Kingsbury tied with Australian Cooper Woods with a score of 83.71, but Woods took the gold based on his turn score tiebreaker.

This latest achievement marks Kingsbury’s 4th Olympic medal making him the Olympic record holder for the most all-time medals won in men’s freestyle skiing, further cementing his dominance in the sport. Since his Olympic debut in 2014, Kingsbury has consistently raised the bar for moguls skiing, inspiring athletes worldwide with his relentless pursuit of excellence. He carried Canada’s flag alongside ski cross racer Marielle Thompson in the opening ceremony.
