Under Armour and 424 Unveil Collaborative Capsule at Paris Fashion Week

From the pitch to Paris Fashion Week, the Under Armour x 424 capsule introduces a new creative partnership rooted in sport and style.

Under Armour and Los Angeles-based luxury menswear label 424 have unveiled their first collaborative capsule collection as part of 424’s Spring/Summer 2027 runway presentation at Paris Fashion Week, held on June 23 at the Archives Nationales. The partnership brings together Under Armour’s performance heritage with 424’s distinct fashion language.

The two brands align on a shared aspirational ethos, each expressing a steadfast belief in the American Dream. Reflecting on the relentless climb that has led him to his fourth runway in Paris, 424 Founder and Creative Director Guillermo Andrade draws inspiration from his favorite park in Los Angeles, where he often escapes to think or simply kick a ball around. This sentiment is echoed in the front row, with guests including Under Armour Global Ambassador Gunna, artists Rilès and Tony Effe, and Under Armour athletes Sacha Boey, Laura Freigang, and Souleymane Cissokho.

“I realize the dream itself is resilience. How far can you push yourself for what you love? That is the freedom America has given me: a spirit, the unrelenting pursuit of winning, of being number one. It's exhausting, but it's in our code. Athletes embody that mentality better than anyone, and the collaboration with Under Armour allows me to take the expression of this sentiment to another level."

At the heart of the Under Armour x 424 capsule is a reworking of Under Armour’s iconic baselayer through the distinctive lens of 424. The signature raglan seam—originally designed for movement and performance—becomes a defining structural and visual element across the collection, uniting performance sportswear and contemporary menswear in one design language.

Anchoring the capsule are custom leather jackets inspired by the athletes’ national team colorways, positioned as standout hero pieces that bridge football identity with elevated streetwear sensibility. These are complemented by cropped bomber jackets, coordinated sweat suits, reworked baselayers and graphic T-shirts, delivering a modern expression of luxury sportswear.

Following the runway presentation, the energy continues in Paris with an exclusive Under Armour x 424 afterparty at Montmartre’s Hôtel Particulier. Friends of the brand and VIPs gather to screen the England vs Ghana World Cup match live, while DJ sets from Lux & Wolf Gillespie and Petit carried the celebration into the night. The event extends the spirit of the partnership beyond the runway, reframing matchday as a cultural moment at the intersection of fashion and sport.

Earlier this month, Under Armour and 424 teased the capsule on football's biggest stage, with six Under Armour athletes arriving at their national team training camps wearing exclusive pieces from the collection. Antonio Rüdiger and Malick Thiaw (Germany), Ferran Torres and Pedro Porro (Spain), Ollie Watkins (England), and Achraf Hakimi (Morocco) were all seen wearing the capsule ahead of its official reveal.
