Love You Mom

UA Baseball Athletes Wear Their Hearts on Their Feet for Mother's Day

For athletes like Bryce Harper, Christian Yelich and Vladimir Guerrero Jr., their careers didn’t begin when they signed their first professional contracts. They didn’t begin when they made their high school varsity teams or received their first MVP trophies. For these baseball players and many others, it all started on those early Saturday mornings with a light dew covering the diamond, and their cheer section camped out behind the dugout. For these players, their careers began with the support of their families, their mother’s being a key part of that equation.

"My mom has always supported my dreams in every way that she knew how; through her love, her selflessness and by being there for me when I needed her most. This Mother's Day, I want her to know I can't thank her enough for all that she's done."

This weekend, athletes across Under Armour’s baseball roster will be wearing Mother’s Day-themed cleats to honor all of the moms out there who help foster and support their children’s dreams. Outfielder Bryce Harper will be wearing a special pair of his signature UA Harper 3 cleats, decorated with a floral pattern around the heel and insole, while other Under Armour baseball players will be wearing an exclusive design colorway of the UA Yard, adorned with messages and flowers inspired by children's artwork.

Bryce’s UA Harper 3 Mother’s Day cleats are available for everyone who plays the game (and wants to show their mom some love) on UA.com.
